talk minus action = zero

We need a contractor to renovate our bathroom. Please recommend contractors who

• are efficient and fast. This is our only bathroom.
  
• do quality work..
  
• are (relatively) inexpensive, or at least can understand our limited budget.
  
• can do the demolition, construction and plumbing, or can find and work with people who can.
  
• can hopefully do the job soon so our bathroom doesn't fall through the floor and so I don't have to worry about it anymore.
  

We have one estimate already, and while I think they would do a great job and do it relatively fast, it was far too expensive and didn't even include the plumbing...
